CVMarkdown is freely accessible at no cost. It does not require signup or a user account. There are no age restrictions, although we recommend that minors use the service under adult supervision when including personal data in their CV.

4. Permitted use

The service is offered to generate personal resumes in PDF format. The following are prohibited: (a) automated requests to the generation endpoint for scraping, abuse or overload purposes; (b) introducing unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights; (c) using the service to impersonate someone else; (d) any commercial use that requires replicating the tool without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design and brand of CVMarkdown are owned by the operator. The content you generate (your CV) remains entirely yours: CVMarkdown acquires no rights over it.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that the site is free of errors, interruptions or technical failures. CVMarkdown is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including (but not limited to) loss of CV content that wasn't downloaded, formatting issues in the resulting PDF or outcomes of its use in recruitment processes.

The site may include links to external pages (for example, in the guide or in this legal notice). CVMarkdown does not control or take responsibility for the content of those sites.

8. Duration and modification

The operator may modify these terms at any time by publishing the new version at this same URL. The operator may also suspend or discontinue the service without notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless consumer-protection rules establish a different jurisdiction.
